CLEAR COOKIES AND CACHE
1.) Close any open browsers
2.) Open Microsoft Edge browser
3.) Click the Hub icon (three horizontal lines on the top bar)
4.) Click the History icon
5.) Click Clear all history
6.) Select Cookies and saved website data
7.) Select Cached data and files
8.) Click the Clear button
9.) Restart computer and visit the website you were having problems with

DISABLE POP-UP BLOCKER
1.) Close any open browsers
2.) Open Microsoft Edge browser
3.) Click the Hub icon (three horizontal lines on the top bar)
4.) Click Settings within the drop-down menu
5.) Scroll down to Advanced Settings
6.) Click View advanced settings
7.) Under Block pop-ups, slide the setting to OFF
8.) Restart browser
