Technical Support-Internet Explorer


CLEAR COOKIES AND CACHE
1.) Close any open browsers
2.) Open Internet Explorer
3.) Click on Tools on the main menu
4.) Click Internet Options (or click the gear icon on the top right if you have IE 10 or above)
5.) Under the first tab: General, go to the bottom under Browser History and click Delete
6.) On the window that pops open, select Temporary Internet Files and Website Files and Cookies and Website Data
7.) Press Delete at the bottom
8.) Press OK
9.) Close browser when history is deleted (status window at the bottom of the screen will tell you when it has finished on IE 9,10 or 11)
10.) Restart computer and visit the website you were having problems with

DISABLE POP-UP BLOCKER
1.) Close any open browsers
2.) Open Internet Explorer
3.) Click on Tools on the main menu
4.) Click Pop-up Blocker within the drop-down menu
5.) Click Turn Off Pop-up Blocker
6.) Restart browser

ENABLE FLASH PLAYER
1.) Close any open browsers
2.) Open Internet Explorer
3.) Click on Tools on the main menu (the icon appears as a gear)

4.) Select Manage Add-ons.

5.) Click Toolbars and Extensions

6.) Select Shockwave Flash Object (another name for Flash player)

7.) Look to see if it is disabled
8.) If disabled, left-click the row one time
9.) In the lower-right corner of the window click Enable

10.) Close the Manage Add-ons box.
11.) Restart browser
